D22 Nagasaki - battleship island

Battleship island used to be a small mining town about 1 hour boat ride away from Nagasaki. It is one of the unique ruins of japan.

We booked into a tour group, though the tour was conducted in Japanese only.
On the way, we passed a few Mitsubishi ship factories.

The island was last inhabited in 1970s. Force of nature gradually destroyed this island into rubble. We were only allowed in 3 observation area. Most of the island was too dangerous to enter.

Though feeling quite sea sick from the boat ride, it was definitely an experience.
